The restaurant takes its name from yuzu koshō, the Japanese condiment made from yuzu citrus, chili, and salt. Its bright, balanced flavor embodies the spirit of our cooking and appears throughout the menu in subtle variations, including Meyer lemon, grapefruit, and satsuma orange koshō.
